YOU LOOK GOOD is a term frequently heard among friends in the Canadian snowboard scene. Four years ago the creation of the YOU LOOK GOOD snowboard events marked the beginning of Canada's premier slopestyle series.

In year one, YOU LOOK GOOD traveled across Ontario with four events and a $4,000 cash purse. In year two, YOU LOOK GOOD made its first stop in Quebec at Mont Tremblant - together, the Rider's Cup was created as a series finale and the cash prize was raised up to $10,000. In year three of the YOU LOOK GOOD Rider's Cup (YLGRC) the team flew out West to support the Alberta and BC snowboard scene with stops at Banff Norquay and Sun Peaks Resort. YLGRC was greeted with a huge event following - high fives and hand shakes were exchanged as the cash prizing took another leap north to $25,000.

Now in its fourth year, YLGRC is preparing for its biggest year yet as the event series makes its way East with an event stop at Martock, Nova Scotia. YLGRC08 is now in five provinces and awards $25,000 in cash and $75,000 in prizing.

Along the way we've listened, learned and evolved but most importantly we haven't forgotten the primary focus of the series - the riders. The YLGRC08 caters to all ages and abilities and provides the riders with an opportunity to compete with, not against their peers.

WIN A WEEK AT CAMP OF CHAMPIONS

CAMP OF CHAMPIONS will be awarding one 5 day camp in the Salomon Amateur category and one 8 day Pro camp in the Coors Light Pro category at each of the five YOU LOOK GOOD Rider's Cup events. In addition COC will select the most deserving stand out rider that competed throughout the series and award them with a 2008 coaching opportunity at the CAMP OF CHAMPIONS.

WIN A YAMAHA PHAZER

Yamaha Motor Canada will be awarding a 2008 Yamaha Phazer to the overall YLGRC08 series champion. Riders can accumulate points by competing across Canada in the Coors Light Pro Open category. Rider points earned throughout the series will be posted on www.youlookgood.ca so everyone is aware of who is in the running to win. The 2008 Yamaha Phazer will be awarded at the series finale on March 15th at Sun Peaks Resort to the individual (Male or Female) with the most YLGRC08 series points.
